THe practice was started in 1966 in Palmi by its founder Att. Nino Borgese Who gave a purely civil note to his practice with particular attention paid to social security and labour law.

Dedication and self- sacrifice over time have made Legal practice Borgese both locally and nationally one of the most important practices in pension and labour law. However, there is more. With the arrival of two new, young partners who now manage the family practice; the studio has now branched into a wider range of fields from family law to real law, from criminal to tax law, from administrative law to damage compensation in a broad sense, offering maximum skill and professionalism.
